Did not get in beta despite having Legacy

Go to a message you received from SE before in your outlook.

Right Click -> Message Options

Look at the bottom where it says Internet Headers

Scroll through and see if you have an outside spam filter checking your emails. (generally towards the bottom of the string)

Examples would be trend micro, novani etc

Sometimes another source used by Comcast can filter emails and if you have outlook 2007 or up it will tell you

Talked to a few other people pretty sure it is Comcast just flat out blocking the email as in they won't show up there is no way to view them. Only people I know of that didn't get a beta invite with legacy had Comcast. They have done this before with other things, as part of their service they will block something if they think its a mass mailing or spam.

Sent in a support ticket but I don't think anything will come out of that because they said they won't respond to beta issues.

Apparently some legacy didn't get their email and they are all comcast... If anyone is comcast they should probably set up a non comcast secondary email to their account.

I just applyed with my gmail account and hotmail account just now, but the bad part is I won't be able to get in until phase 3 or 4 and randomly have to be picked. Instead of just getting in automatically since I have legacy.

You could add another email to you SE account via the secondary email option. So you could call Costumer Service and ask them to send it to that email since your comcast email won't seem to receive the invite...

Did anyone else not get in beta despite having legacy?

I have legacy didn't get a invite and my email address is correct. I know my email address works because SE sends me stuff about Crysta billing for FFXI. Everyone else I know got in beta. But I didn't get an invite. I can't contact SE about this because as its stated they won't respond to questions about the beta.

Edit: It may be an issue is Comcast is your email provider blocking these emails because they think it is spam. Since others with Comcast didn't get one.

So if you check your e-mail on a different computer and network it'll show? I'm not understanding how that works lol
