    I didn't say anything but explain that I didn't get a beta invite. He asked if my problem had been elevated, I said I had no idea, he gave me a confirmation number and said that's all he could do. This is being handled exceptionally poorly. I hope the game is improved because the customer service is still pathetic.

    So after my 2 day wait on my ticket saying my Beta invite was blocked a get a email saying "If I can't log into the beta forums" and goes on to tell me how I may get into the beta forums. . .really?? orz this is becoming a bad comedy. . .

    Still waiting for my Beta email, 48 hours later..... Wish legacy could have just logged on trough loadstone or something this is so painful.

    Anyway im really looking forward to playing the beta, i am so bored with GW2, TERA, SWTOR, and all the other shit i have been playing while waiting to get back onto FFXIV.

    i have a feeling it has something to do with "FINAL FANTASY XIV 1" being used for the 1.0 beta and "FINAL FANTASY XIV 2" having the legacy status

    the disconnect between forum support and customer service does not bode well, y'all really need to fix your inter-department comunication

    Yes it is. It's been over a week now since I was originally told that my problem would be fixed. The Haiku winners have already gotten their beta keys yet there are Legacy members who still don't have one. Based on the three Customer Service Reps' ignorance on the subject that I talked to, I just don't get the impression this is a big deal or very high priority for them.

    Remember, you get a customer service evaluation sent to you after dealing with them. Make your views appropriately known. Maybe it will fix something in the future.

    My wife is having a serious problem with this and its really irritating us. Her email account was hacked sometime ago and the account was closed. She was having issues with changing the email address on her Square Enix account. Finally AFTER Phase 1 started SE Account Support was able to reset her email address. But guess what!!! No key. She has opened numerous tickets and followed instructions to the letter but SE Account Support is giving her the run around. She called yesterday and they told her that Comcast email users were being prioritized and that there were 20 people ahead of her for new keys. How can it take this long and why is SE Support completely and utterly failing us? I really want to know why. Bayohne, you are our only hope at this point, after numerous closed tickets I'm appealing to you or SOMEONE else on the community team to straighten this out.

    We have stuck through the issues of 1.0 and are very eager to actually test ARR. But SE Support isn't inspiring any confidence in us.

    The support form you'll fill out will be a bit different. I put Account/Billing, Additional Services, and Beta Key Registration Error. Filled the rest out. But you pick Chat Support instead of Email Support.

    Under FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Support, they don't have a chat support option. So need to go by Square Enix Account in order to get chat support.
    Just wanted to say that this worked for me. I sent in emails; first providing the details originally stated to provide, then one with additional, extra details. Both came back concluding that I did not provide enough details to locate my Legacy account. Using the chat support, problem was addressed and fixed in 5 minutes.
