Did not get in beta despite having Legacy

I opened up a ticket before Bayohne posted what to do and I got a reply on it telling me to check my junk mail (...) after replying that I did they said that they were escalating it to head office for investigation and I will be notified accordingly.

The ticket I opened following Bayohne's instructions I didn't get a reply to yet.

I got a response it said I have to call support cause this issue they can't do over email.

Followed Morbol instructions. My ticket was closed with a satisfactory result.

edit: make sure you log back into the support center- they mention what they sent you in full if you are still having email problems.

I did what Bayo said and MAY have corrected my problem. I will chk when I get home. Suport ticket reply recieved.

my first ticket got a response telling me to call them. the lady told me they are working on the issue with comcast to get it corrected. I meantioned that a community rep told me to send in a ticket in a certain way and she seems to have linked my 2 tickets together now that I look at the support center.
