cant log into beta test forums

i just applied my beta code and went to the beta forums to sign in and it keeps saying that account has been canceled. any ideas on this? i have no clue about this and it is very frustrating. also where do i find the telephone number for support? thanks.

thanks, but i have a different problem. i made sure i used it for my legacy account. i have hung in with final fantasy 14 since day one of the north american release, but this is just insane. is there a phone number for support? i have emailed support but no reply yet. any help with this would be great! have a great day

According to google translate that says something about having to log in to view the page. If it's like lodestone there should be something at the very top of the page that say "square Enix account" or something like it that you can click on to log in. Try that and then go back to the page without logging out.

make sure you don't have two accounts for ffxiv one active and one not active it will select your number 1 account by default and if it is canceled then you will get the Error "You can not log into this site because your account has been canceled"
