Square Enix needs to handle this issue and unblock their IP address so Comcast email users can receive their key/invites. There is a form they would need to fill out to remove the block. Comcast told me that the reason SE is blocked is due to the amount of email they have sent and the volume of comcast users that have flagged their own personal email as spam. Some may have gotten through, however, after thousands of attempts and now Comcast emails are blocked.

Now, while SE is "fixing" this by allowing people suffering this issue to add another email this is NOT a SE issue and therefore would not need to be handled by SE. This is based off of SOP for Comcast and how they handle mail.

If you are using your ISP's free email and haven't had an account for email other than your ISPs, tbh, while this will sound rude I'm sorry but, you maybe should not be on the internet. My 70 year old father doesn't even use Verizon's (his ISP) email LOL!
