    Greetings,

    I just posted a solution for those of you that accidentally registered your key to the incorrect service account. Please follow the instructions in my post and we'll work to resolve the situation.

    Is there any info on being given a code to the wrong region? I have sent an Email to support haven't got any thing back yet ; ;

    they getting back to people in the order they got there code lol so if your one of the last few people to get your code and there 20+ people with the same issue and they got there code early they fix there issue first then get to you.

    A friend of mine was worried that if he put in a ticket now it wouldnt get resolved until Wednesday next week.

    Edit: you can ignore me. I showed my friend how to read the instruction on this thread and he got it working.

    Is it for attaching it to the wrong service account? If so, I believe many people got issued new codes.

    Actually I emailed them 3 times and the same response came back. So I just went and used "Square Enix Account" chat support. They fixed my troubles all up, so I'm pleased again!
