    not entirely. could gain a several levels over a few hours in a normal party just the same. pl just trivialized it even more

    Nah, once you got past level 40 you had an easy time just being in normal parties, but pling did make things alot easier. At the start of 1.18? pling was actually more broken because level 50s in your party could stay in the party and you would get the same amount of exp. I actually took 2 of my alts characters from 1-50 in a weekend and got another class up to level 40.

    It was mainly partying but most people didn't party pre-30 atleast on my server.

    I could go 30-50 in less then 5 hours in a decent party. The few pre-30 parties I did get too me from 10-30 in a couple of hours so if one were to play and have good party luck you could go 1-50 in a single day.
