Server Selection and Region Selection In Depth

I understood it as option 1 for the server selection.

But for the regional selection I interpereted as you will be stuck on whatever region your new server is going to be. For example, I am on Sargatanas, there for when 2.0 comes out I will still be on sargatanas or w/e it is named if they rename it and from what I heard the new Sargatanas server will be JP, there wouldn't be a NA-Sargatanas, EU-Sargatanas, JP-Sargatanas, you would be stuck on the JP side until you are allowed to switch.

and thus the ability to transfer to another server once. That actaully makes a certain amount of sense.
