I order everybody to at least do 1 physical activity outside today for at least 30 mins!

Does that include having the window open?

I haven't been outside since Tuesday, when I finished landscaping my garden and laying turf (except for a quick trip to the doctor's to get some antibiotics for a bite I suffered during said activity).

Ok, ok, I'll go for a walk in the forest later on with Soken's Gridania themes on my iPod. I'm blaming *you* if one of those chigoe bites me again though!

On the plus side found it only takes a few minutes to run from Limsa to the beach.. I thought it was starting later than it did so made a character in a hurry and ran over at start time ^^;;

LoL, I'll be honest with you but I also was listening to some soken today, going up a big hill while listening to Fallen/Broken Angel was nice.

No, it makes me very sad that I attempted it six times and failed on each before shutdown because groups formed by /shout invariably have one voidspawned idiot who can't play as part of a team.
