I don't think im going to change anything either. I still really like my character. Maybe i'll play with my hairstyle once the barber is implemented, but I won't be changing anything permanent.Dat emotional attachment... Logged in to be greeted by my old character, ended up awkwardly shoving the new character presets I had made down under my bed with my foot while trying to look as oblivious as possible. WHAT WAS I THINKING, I can't bring myself to change anything about her.
Just got back from a 3 day mini-vacation and catching up on this thread was a lot of posts @.@
The DRG armor came out amazing, Esu!!

Candids time!
I ran into Nique on Masamune today, and unlike just running past like so many times before, I said hello! She was nice enough to stand for a picture with me!
And then, later on, when I was running around doing this and that, and after I *cough* took one or twoortwenty screenshots of Lady Minfilia, I ran into Nique again by accident, and we pwned some Amalj'aa n00bs.
Thanks so much for taking the time to say hi Nique! I'm a big fan!
(Seriously what a great thread (long time reader), and it makes me so happy to have this great community. It feels like all of us as players have been through so much together, because of the freaking *saga* this game has gone through, even when we meet for the first time.)
I know the screenshots are in-game, but I kind of like them like that. I know how to scroll lock the UI away and all, but this way is sort of like, meeting a celebrity while you're both eating a burger or something very casual! More memorable to me this way.

Eius in obitu nostro praesentia muniamur.
It really is such a... How should I put it... Weird sensation to finally get back on your 1.0 character after almost a year. It's like second nature, in a way, but you're put in a completely different world and thus have to re-learn the basics.
It hit me pretty hard finally seeing my 1.0 character again and understanding why I missed him so much. I was, and still plan to, switch to male Miqo'te, but finally having the ability to mess around with him really aches my heart. I'm having subtle second thoughts, but not significant. I played around with male Miqo'te to know that's exactly what I wanted to play as.
All in all, after a few discussions with friends, it would only make sense to reincarnate Nicco into a male Miqo'te with almost the exact features. Or rather, duplicate as much as I can that's available to me. I spent too much time in character creation and I think I finally hit the nail on the head in terms of his looks.
I was going super dark because I love the light eyes/dark skin contrast, but Nicco was never that dark lol...
TL;DR Is it phase 4 yet?
