XIV 1.0:

What will you miss most about 1.0? Honestly I'm not sure... I'll miss some of the people I met on Ragnarok, there was a really great group there but I'm looking for a place that's a little bit busier during my playtimes so that me and my husband can settle in nicely with some old friends

What did you disliked most about 1.0? Probably the lag! haha, that was killer some days but after I upgraded my system a bit it wasn't so noticeable. I felt like the game was a bit empty toward the end, I'd spend all my time crafting or just helping people to catch up and get their GC quests done before the end of 1.0 rolled around. I didn't feel captivated with the open zones, Thanalan was a dusty mess, La Noscea was just this mass of light green with the occasional puk and I felt that these zones could have been shown in a much better light, they just seemed so barren. I loved the shroud though... maybe I'm one of the few that did!

Best moment you had on 1.0? Too many to list! When I'd gotten my Pan of the Luminary I felt a great sense of accomplishment though even though it really was a grind and a half to obtain it. I think my first Ifrit kill was another defining moment, that was very exciting for me!

Someone you met in 1.0 that you will miss due to them going to a different server? There are a few! I miss Jerivah Sjoholt, Kaedi Latro and Dishy Bear... Snackpack too! There are so many people that I do miss and I can't possibly list them all... but if you're reading this please know that you are in my thoughts and I do wish you the very best!

Best movie you saw during your break from XIV? Cloud Atlas! I loved the book and the movie was really amazing

Best game you played during your break from XIV? Oh gosh, I haven't really had time to play much, my culinary work irl keeps me very busy!! (if you need a 10 course meal, I'm your lass! haha), but I think the best game I played was a re-play of Deus Ex - human revolution... or Resonance of Fate

Best place you went during your break from XIV? To my cabin in Coeur d'Alene. It's so lovely to get out of the bustle of the city ;;. Getting out on the lake is one of my most favorite things! It's peaceful enough so I can work on my writing without hindrance haha.

Best thing that happened to you during your break from XIV? 5th wedding anniversary!!

Feature you're most looking forward to testing out? ...Character creation e_e

Class/Job you're most looking forward to playing? Arcanist/Summoner! I've waited so long for a pet class. . .

Biggest thing you want to figure out during beta to carry with you into release and help you? How far I can throw my pan at unsuspecting marmots. . . In all seriousness though I have no idea!

Feature you think you will enjoy the most? FATE looks fun! Though the gathering changes have me giddier than a kid in a candy shop

Job you think your Linkshell/Free Company will want you to play the most for endgame activities? Probably White Mage... no change there

Primal battle you think you will enjoy the most? I can't answer this until they implement them all, but Moogle was fun!

Primal battle you think you will dislike the most? Ifrit. I completed my weapon collection before totems were introduced but I am so burned out on that fight now.

Feature you hope will be implemented to 2.0 eventually? Chocobo raising/racing!

Job you hope gets implemented to 2.0 eventually? Now that summoner is confirmed, I hope for Beastmaster too

Feature from FFXI(11) you hope will never be implemented in 2.0? This I am not sure about There were many things I disliked in 1.0, like Dynamis but not because of the actual content, more how people abused things like the loot-list to ninja items from players. This happened to me a few times and it's one of the reasons I dislike content that forces me to play with a bunch of people I hardly know. When they made Empyrean armor (I think it was the boots?) drop from mobs in Abyssea, I was so upset that I quit. I didn't want to be forced into a position where people would succumb to their greed yet again.

Most likely to hit level 50 Arcanist first? Not a clue. I won't say myself because it'll never happen! haha

Linkshell/Free Company most likely to defeat Bahamut first? No idea, though I'm sure there will be lots of e-peen stroking over this question.

Most likely to quit first? I can't answer this D:. Though I am hoping that the negative nancies that spend most of their forum time putting the game down finally do the honorable thing and bugger off when it goes pay-to-play. Nothing more futile than paying for a game only to cry about it. (This is NOT directed at anyone in particular, just to clarify lol)

Most likely to go to GM jail first? Not sure... though there was a guy called Jaime who posted here and got under my skin a lot. I'll say him.

Most likely to get banned first? There are a few people that come to mind... though I can't say their names on forums, I'm glad I left them behind on Besaid haha

Couple most likely to get married first? ...me? I don't know... this is a tie between every married couple I know ingame lol
