Yes and no. Eq2 has that but even then they have had to alter some pve mechanics to make it actually work. Server code can have little quirks on overlap from when to or not use pve/pvp skills. Takes a pile of extra code to run down every exception and simply easier to roll back pve side and call it a feature. *shrug*

Don't mean for it to sound like I dislike pvp. I just wish it worked as advertised. Seems to work best in a battlegrounds type area where you keep pve elements out of the way as much as possible. Once it goes open world is when the players find the loopholes that cause dev panic. lol
