It's only to me, or the Cactuar looks like Cactrot Rapido (i see a kind of dust behind him)?
Also the Chocobos looks like they're racing against him.. Did you see that portal-like thing? It looks like a checkpoint common in some racing game..

What do you think guys ?

uhm it looks like one of those *checkpoints* in the foreground too, if you mean that's supposed to be the *motion blur* behind cactuar?
I think that's just sprint activation animation. i think they mentioned you'd be able to use it while choco somewhere? or well gathering skills for finding nodes, but guess that falls under buffs too....dunno, we'll see ^^
