Beta before Benchmark?

So is beta coming before benchmark now? God I hope so, I'm not sure how much more I can take. At this point this is me after I do a quick check of the forums and NA blog every night:

In ff11, I kept calling Tarutarus Lalafell...and also kept saving up gil for repairs which I would later realize are unnecessary.

I keep running into doors thinking that they would open for me. I also think that I have to sneak around aggro mobs on chocobo. *sigh* *goes and watches the trailer for 2.0 again for a quick fix.*

They might just pump the benchmark link out a day or so before beta client is downloadable. Kind of don't see the reason for a benchmark if this is the case though. Unless they are effectively getting the beta testers to "test" the benchmark which will then be modified / finalized for the release - moreso then using it as a tool to see if people can run beta on their systems?

If we do see it, my votes are on the written letter in a day or 2.
