Someone is probably going to start foaming at the mouth like a crazy person when I mention it but this would be something akin to the WoW add-ons that do/did this like Wardrobe or one of the multiple stat configuration set add-ons.

Both of these ideas either as a combined system or two separate systems would be a great and welcome addition.
