I am not hot stuff but I've been harassed everyday I played FFXIV since it first started. I am not exaggerating either. Literally. Everyday. Having a hard time believing it's only a minority of guys that are creepy.
I don't plan on joining another linkshell after the crap I went through. ^^

Kisa, I don't know if you're dead set on sticking with your server, but if you're open to transferring, I run a mature family-style linkshell on Balmung (details are in my signature). Respecting your linkshell mates, respecting your fellow players, and no cheating are really the only three rules we have, but they are strictly enforced (you can find them posted right on our website). Rude or offensive behavior, especially between linkshell mates, is simply not tolerated.

I created Kindred after I couldn't find a linkshell I was comfortable with in FFXI. I was a woman in my late 20s and had no more patience for disrespect, oral feces, and internet stalkers. I recreated Kindred in FFXIV with the same values.

Stop by our site sometime and we'll see if we can't find you a home you're comfortable with.

Aww! So nice to hear things like this amidst the sea of negativity that can rise and swell over these forums. I think there needs to be more sweetness. Glad I could help contribute.
