The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya is a movie. I haven't watched it but I heard it must be good and it follows the novel very well.

So far I can't find anything that competes with "Shakugan no Shana;" so far as a favorite of mine. But Haruhi looks cute, but do I haveta be a premium subscriber for English? Also the first episode for the 2006 shows sound really badly voiced/audio.

Oh, I don't know much about voiced/audio because I am deaf so I couldn't comment on it however I did notice some bad picture quality on my HDTV so that's something. I considered that all videos are "sub" what most fans want it to be. To me subtitles seem a lot better than what I used to torrent videos.
