Shepherd, maybe? Vaguely looks like that of a Bull's head to me, so that would make sense anyway.

Unlikely, as the hamlet areas appear to exclusively house crafting-based stations. If it were a mage though, the only available option would be Mystic. (We already know what Arcanist's symbol is, as seen from the guild in Limsa.)

Ya and now that I look at it again it looks more like an outline of a dear head, so ya shepard is probably what it is.
