[dev] Completely Customizable Hotkeys

Note: To my astonishment, I couldn't find a dev tag on this matter.

Am I the only one who would like to see customizable hotkeys added before anything else in the game? It's so frustrating not being able to customize my action bars, along with a plethora of other in-game menus the way I want to. In fact, it's honestly the biggest detriment to me and many others even playing the game.

Argue all you want that you're "supposed" to play this game with two hands on the keyboard, or that you're "supposed" to use a game controller. However, I've been playing MMOs for 7 years using mouse + WSAD + my own hotkeys for action bars, and I don't intend to ever change that play style. I had a few friends who literally stopped playing the game on day one because they couldn't stand having to press 1-0 + arrows keys just to access their abilities and other bars.

If you want this, just /sign. We don't need opinions on the matter. There isn't anything to discuss. Just add customizable hot keys to all interface objects in the game. Remove that "reserved" key crap. This is 2011, not the dark ages where players need to be told what keys go where. We want customization, and if SE can't offer it, well quite frankly, ever other MMO can.

Yes please, I really can't see why they have locked certain keys out and made them unmoveable. I hope they can sort this out, it doesn't seem like a huge thing to implement really and I am sure it would make a few people happy.
