Hmm that's very strange. I included the majority of the questions up to and beyond your questions. I guess I must have accidentaly skipped over them somehow I'm seeing new questions appear where they shouldn't be! Sorry, nothing personal, I'll be sure to incorporate them soon. I'm just busy today and don't have time to update the thread with the new days questions but I'll be sure to get to it!
