You may know but they don't and most likely scenario to play out is that question will not be pick to begin with.

Yeah that is a secondary problem, I'm tempted to make a post answering those questions to the best of my knowledge using dev post quotes but that might take more time and motivation than I currently have.

Maybe you should find something better to do with your time then police the question thread, SE doesn't need you. You are not as important as you are trying to be, but you obviously have tons of time on your hands.

Just because many of the questions are the same topic, doesn't mean they are duplicate and should be disregarded. Ultimately SE will be the ones to decide what is important enough to answer and what they have answers for. They certainly don't need this thread or your self-appointed importance to direct them to applicable questions. You are not helping anything, or being constructive. If people want to ask their question let them ask their question, it's really not a big deal. I think SE can figure it out themselves.

Weird. I thought it was a perfectly reasonable thread title. Mat doesn't seem to be trying to be important. I think he's stated a few times in this thread so too, so it's not just my understanding.

It would be more helpful to answer the questions that already been asked for player's who don't know the answer to their question which has been responded to already by the devs in my opinion. Sure people should search the forums or check out the live events but let’s be honest here people will not do that if they can get a quick responds to their question beside doing a search for it or watching a 1hr+ video in subtitle’s they will do that instead.

True it shouldn't fall onto your shoulder's to do this either their should already be a sticky thread with the most popular asked question's people have asked and has been responded to by the dev's and be updated regularly it should be ran by the dev's tbh not by us really but if people want to answer the question to the best of their knowledge to help out it welcome also not telling people hey that a duplicate question.

I think the irony in this post is overflowing.

You might be right about me needing to find something better to do with my time, however under no pretext do I think that I am policing the thread nor did I ever say SE needed me. On that note, I never said I was important, quite the contrary I said I was a meager speck upon a speck ad infinum.

Ultimately SE will be the ones to decide which questions are important, you are entirely right on that note. They may not need this thread, but that doesn't mean I am not helping or being constructive -quite the contrary. And if asking repeated questions is not a big deal then the OP wouldn't have asked for them not to be repeated. This thread is just a reminder and you sir are shooting the rhetorical messenger.

You can think I'm a dbag all you want but that doesn't make it true. If you were to read my posts you would realize that no where have I directly insulted anyone except perhaps calling babydoll dense, to which I already apologized. In any case calling someone dense and pointing out their disregard towards thread guidelines is not nearly as insulting as calling someone a dbag. Have a good day.
