Yoshida-san is also a huge fan of PvP and wants to add large scale PvP to Final Fantasy, hopefully sparking interest in PvP in fans that may not have had much exposure to the play style in the past

YES! Large Scale PvP... this is a great detail because one of the things people doubted me was that PvP was just going to be a side attraction, that PvP was going to be a gimmick and wouldn't matter at all. Go to a colisseum... one on one, win some gil kinda nonsense...
