To be fair I posted that picture to some friends and said we're finally getting some stuff about ARR, they thought it was SE playing WoW for the first or League of Legends lol. Btw, they never touched XI or XIV 1.0.

When you look at it from that angle and the amount of saturation, it really doesn't remind you of anything but the lower end MMO graphically.

So, we complain that we should be able to adjust the camera more, and then complain that it looks like WoW afterward?

Actually, there were very few people complaining about camera needing to be zoomed out to looking down the planet from space style, most were complaining about how rigid it was.

I agree. It seems that the majority of the people in these forums are fanboys that cannot take any "negative" comments. And now that you mention it.. it also looks like league of legends. And yes.. it looks like your standard generic MMO.

If it turns out, it will be sad and good since I will be quitting mmos.

I really wouldn't judge by that picture. Angles and smaller size doesn't do much to flatter what is really going on. Wait for some major Screenshots from the media tour once they finish.

You could already zoom out pretty far in 1.0- the purple and green are iconic WoW colors but I think thats more of a coincidence then a consistence. (also its hard to see the quality and models when the screen is 5% of the photo lol)
