I just did a quick google on it to find you "something" - apparently according to the Urban
Dictionary it has also been used as a slur against Jewish people. I don't have any facts to back this up, I merely know it because my family is Sicilian and...well..it is just known.

That word is used in my dialect too (I'm from Naples) and it's basically my dialect's version of "bro", if anybody was wondering
(except it's only said when actually talking to somebody, not in third person)

It is actual artwork from the game, and it is Grid. And it's old. I guess it must be somewhere in Warlord's official artwork thread.
