200grams of beef contains approximaely as much fat as an entire chicken. One day, people will figure it out.sounds very unhealthy and unnatural to me. (its not good to eat that much meat and sweet stuff)
thats the reason why the USA leads the statistics of the most fat society in the world ;XD
i prefer to cook myself healthy rice, potatoes with fatless chicken filet etc.. i would feel dirty if i eat tons of meat and sweet things like pancakes every day. it feels good to do something good for your body.
i mean its okay to eat fast food once a week/a month or so. but not almost every day ;XD
Yes, I also find whole weed bread to be more nutritious.and the amounts of food.. i mean a mc donalds cheeseburger in germany is much smaller than in the US for example ;X and we have real bread.. like brown bread/whole weed bread .. which is much more healthy than a white toast bread which consists of almost nothing but sugar and carbohydrates (and no nutrients). heart attack here we go.
