It's probably just that 'Apply Now!' Beta newsletter most people have been getting sent by SE over the last few weeks (I only received it a few days ago), as I haven't gotten anything new from SE since, Beta related or not.

Ignore it pretty much - it's useless if you're a Legacy member or have applied already.
