My idea for SquareEnix about Guildleves from players to players:
In old FF14 (and probably new FF14) there are Guildleves for DoH and DoL classes where players have to gather or produce items.
My idea is some kind of place or NPC where players can create such Guildleves/Orders for other players. The player who creates such a guildleve has to pay a fee (a fixed one or one based on payment amount) for the system and can set a payment and optional some materials. He has to give the payment and materials to the NPC.
(e.g. "I need 5 chairs. I pay 2,500 Gil for crafting them and I'll give you 10x lumber for materials.")
Then the guildleve will be shown in a list for other players who want to do such guildleves. The player who has created it can't accept it himself. The guildleve will stay in that list until someone fulfills it or until a set period of time went by (maybe 3 earth days).
If a player wants to do such guildleve he/she has to use a warrant (not sure about English name) like with normal guildleves, too. Therefore he will get an exp bonus when fulfilling the guildleve which should be slightly higher than from normal Guildleves.
When he accepts the Guildleve it will vanish from the list and he has then a set time to fulfill the Guildleve - maybe 3 hours. If the creator has provided materials then they will be used while producing. Produced and gathered items will be taken by the system for the Guildleve. If he doesn't manage to fulfill the Guildleve in that time then it will be called a failure and go back into the list for other players until the time limit for that list is over.
When a player manages to fulfill the Guildleve then he will get the payment and the exp bonus. And the player who has created the Guildleve will get his wanted item(s) via Mogry post.
If no one fulfills the Guildleve after those 3 days then the creator will get payment and materials back via Mogry post. But the fee is lost.
As Guildleve creators have to pay a fee and those who want to fulfill it have to use their warrants but get exp and payment, this system would help everyone, but there wouldn't be a large risk for leveling-abuse. Fee and exp have to be adjusted well of course.
What do other players think about that idea?
