You could subscribe to FFXI, and I don't know ? Play it maybe ? You might like it. If not, you're still giving SE your money, if you really want to that badly ...
Isn't this what we were doing for almost all of 2012??
I would have paid for real any bonus just to have a collection of otherwise unobtainable items. However, I absolutely do not think they should add a store. They should just give out ingame items for expansions, and events.
No... If the game is down, no reason to pay for the subscription. I can't pay to play FFxi ATM either but when I can, I pay2play both. I just hope they offer another discount option for FFxi since XiV might take much of my attention.
I could save to buy merchandise from SE for once.
~'\[[_LEGACY_]]/'~TENTs because solo-friendly content forces me to want one!

That's a kind of what I did. Started my subscription in january, played like 2 months and kept paying until it canceled when the game shut down in november. I got Legacy for that![]()

This is a HUGE corporation, this is a very very simplified conversation:
Yoshi'P : FFXIV:ARR costs have exceeded that which we originally estimated.
Yoichi Wada : Here you go...please make good product.
Yoshi'P : Will do, Boss![]()
