Yes, but there is a possibility that my backup data was deleted in the same fashion. We'll have to wait until Beta Phase 3 to find out, once they begin migration testing.

How would the backup data be deleted in the same fashion? Don't you think it be dumb if they have the backup and the main storage hook up in the same system? If something would to happen to anyone char in the main storage it still be in the backup files.

Yoshi-p himself said there taking good care of anyone data and making sure the both the main and backup don't have issue. So if something did happen to your main it would still be in the backup files save. If there smart they would not even have the backup hook up to anything to it's needed for something.

In no way is a backup safe solely for its namesake; it, too, can be lost just as easily. I'm not saying that it's likely; I'm stating that it's possible and that the representative helping me said that he can't say whether or not it's safe.

There no need to accuse me of trying to make this thread into a soapbox.The only thing i was trying is to give you information on how SE could be dealing with our Data. I find it hard to believe that SE would mess up so bad with our data to the point that it be gone in the backup files. Seeing how your the first one with this issue i don't see them getting to you this quick by making a support ticket. Seeing how there still dealing with people who did not got there beta keys.

Also try and talk to a Tier 2 chat support the Tier 1 seem like they only copy/paste what they told too and not really help you on big issue like this. I had a issue with a FF13 code for the hands put it on my beta service and not the real one. I talk to a Tier 2 and got a new code within 5hour and the Tier 1 said that this could not be done.
