Representative ran a data recovery tool (kept giving him errors, but he got it to work after 3 tries). Character data shows up both on SE FFXIV Service Account and Forums (as you can see on the left again); however, he also said that the recovery tools are not fully functional given the current state of v1.0, and so may not have recovered completed. It's also not certain that the data recovered was of the Final Save Data.

He asked me to recall the case number he gave me once Beta Phase 3 starts (which is when migration testing is set to begin), so I will be doing that.
