Removing elemental nukes from WHM

I think in the past wanting the game to be modeled after other FF titles game kinda stifled a lot of possible creativity. "New doesn't always equal good" as they said.

Still praying for a real protect bubble like in that opening cinematic of 1.0 and the little jellies...
