I wonder if soul binded items will be able to be donated to the Free Company bank.

I have mixed feelings about it personally, but if the above is possible - then I am less inclined to care.

They pretty much clarified this with in the full post you can see in translation thread.

Regarding items that has been bounded.
Even if it's characters under the same account we are planning to not allow items to be sent/received.

So you won't be able to donate bound items to the free company bank as well.
