    Great find, I think it's definitely Deathgaze from FFXII. The tail and wings seem to be an exact match and it even has the oval shell type thing on top. Here's a slightly higher res pic for comparison:



    Fun fact: Deathgaze is a recurring FF boss, first appearing in FFVI.
