Hair Color and "Meshing"?

So, earlier Reinheart translated this:

Previously reps said we choose our hair color from 192 color selection. Now Triairy confirming you can do the same for skin/eyes/hair mesh.

We're planning to increase the available colors for hair up to 192 colors......
Would be nice if you can add the color you like to different parts.
Also for the ver 1.x Lalafel (This char) I carefully picked the color.

At current stage we are planning to be able to have 192 colors for the skin, eyes, hair, and mesh

I was wondering what exactly this meant. Would we be allowed to color different areas of the hair and skin? If so, I would like that very much. What do y'all think?

Well they already said skin will have that many color so you might see indigo or burgundy color skin

I doubt we will see colors out of line for the various races and sub races. More than likely it will just be a wider variety of shades of those already seen.

Oh yeah in English it's known highlights... forgot about that... sorry.
I looked up on google 'hair mesh' and showed the same hair highlights and stuff so I just kept it that way in my translation.

I dunno about two colored skin but I can agree if you can change color of your tatoos and stuff.

Or if you can go into specific details like nail color.
