Hey, I didn't say that the development team would actually act on bug reports, just that you could tell them through GMs.

But seriously, I confirmed that the FFXI ones are able to accept bug reports, but of the 'stuck in scenery/can't move' variety as it's clearly stated as such in the game's manual. So unless SE has changed their GM policy in the meantime I'd presume the FFXIV ones are the same (luckily I've never had to call a GM in either FFXI or XIV so this is a big assumption on my part.).
