Basically, if you score well with 1.0, you're not going to have a problem scoring well with 2.0. If anything, it's going to score higher. The game is just optimized so much better graphically, at least, as far as the alpha went. (Before you NDA whiners start screaming you can watch Nico Nico live presentation on youtube to see the different graphical settings for 2.0 and how they perform)

I will give SE my first born child if I can get it to run looking like the last screenshot in the letter Brucey. Seriously.
