BTW, I was looking at a game a long time ago, but I forgot it's name. There is a cat character with blue hair and it reminds me of the "Tales" games, I think it has that anime style. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Do you mean Star Ocean?
Most notably that reminds me of the main character of the first Star Ocean SNES game.
