Xenosaga III was my favorite of the series. I love this series to death. Better then Gears/Blade imo.I was a big fan of Xenosaga 1, in spite of the 20-minute cutscenes. Well, actually, I wasn't bothered by them. It was like having both an anime and a JRPG. For me, that was novel, and the plot was interesting enough to me to keep me playing. I was completely turned off by Xenosaga 2, however. Just didn't like anything about it: the new character models, monotone voice acting, combat system, character progression... I feel I gave it a fair shake, but in the end I just had to shelve it and I never looked back. I don't sell my old video games anymore, but if there were one out of my collection that I would sell, that'd be it.
I have no idea if Xenosaga 3 was any better. I figured after missing out on 2, I was probably going to miss important parts of the plot in 3, and after all the changes in 2 that I didn't care for, I just wasn't interested in spending the money to pick up 3.
Heck, I at least look back on Megaman: Command Mission. Not really in a positive light, but moreso than Xenosaga 2.
