Of course but the blog make it sound like they have a video that's going live pretty soon. Also like I said earlier in the thread, you can see the mouse cursor in the baby chocobo picture.

Now I'm not denying that there could be a PS4 version, in fact I really hope there is. I just don't think this blogpost is about it.
