Ahh I see. I had only heard about the incident relating to the Collector's Edition. This game seems to be having quite the nightmare with its release for some reason.

On the European store, they initially screwed up by putting only a small part of the game (6 gigs instead of 21), so obviously it didn't work. Took a long time for them to put up the remaining 15 gigs, but by then a lot of people had deleted the 6 gig file, so they had to put that back up, which took a while again.

Now, if you had pre-ordered, there was a good chance it got cancelled without notice, especially if you pre-ordered after the date the pre-orders were being charged. Apart from missing out on the pre-order extra's, your account was still flagged as having bought the game, but it wouldn't show up in your downloads/order history, and trying to buy the non pre-order will tell you you already own the game.

Only way to get it right now is create a new account, but that sucks for those who added the required funds to their wallets already
