I think it's funny how, because many of us don't speak the production language, we so easily pick up on all of the hai, hai. Think about it, whenever we're doing a joint presentation, we often agree with our partners, there's dozens of "Uh huh," "Exactly," "Yes," "Correct," "right," etc. and we never even notice. Take into account that, to the development team, the same syllable can mean "okay," "understood," "go ahead," and "oh," they're bound to pile up. Gonna have to get over that one; it's normal etiquette.
