    AT&T does have a cap, but they haven't enforced it yet.
    Reason is providers like Netflix, have cases in the courts because caps interfere with their ability to do business.

    AT&T have a cap and they did enforced it because 1 year ago my bill came 60$ because i was 100GB over the limit. Now that i have AT&T uverse it's the only service they have that does not enforced a cap and i hoping it never does or i going to end up going 50-100GB pass the limit every month lol
