What about inviting "guests" onto your show. I know several people on here like to role-play, or at least have some kind of background story for their characters. You can do little mini-interviews with questions like:

"What were your final Dalamud moments? What were your hobbies?"

I know my chara, Vilhem, could provide a few entertaining responses. xD

Also, if someone is feeling ballsy, could probably "voice" some of the canon characters as well

ie. Nael Van Darnus comes on the show.

"So Nael, what were your thoughts behind the Meteor project?"
"That is a secret"

"Okay...hm...how did you feel when you were selected as head of the project?"
"That is a secret"
