    I doubt the new version of primals will drop the same weapons, however I could be wrong.

    Well they might just change the old weapons to match since they would be using the same model so having different stats wouldn't really make sense specially if the new stats fit the new stat/battle systems better. Of course I am talking about the extra stats I just assumed they would unify the dps>>dmg stats to match the new tiers.
