Please get rid of surplus SP

Hey, I have a suggestion:

Rather than eliminating Surplus SP entirely, why not simply invert the system so that it works like Rested EXP in WoW?

Indeed. In fact it was brought up dozens of times earlier in the thread. This is the best way to do it, IMO.
