I prefer Regimens since you don't need to tell other DDs to hold off on their WSs like you had to in XI.

The only issue with regimens are the lack of animations/status icons to help show if they sticked since you should have more than just the chat log, and the poor keyboard settings for them.

I do think there is an icon that shows up. That is according to a few guides on youtube. If you miss obviousely it misses.

If you're thinking of what I am that's the pink circle above the target saying a regimen is happened, however I never seen a debuff icon for when a regimen lands unlike other debuffs/DoTs/etc.
