I'll have to try this out thanks! It's just with solutions like this I have to wonder if it's the driver implementation for rumble not working with XIV. I just want some good confirmed working with force feedback in XIV. I haz sad that I have not experienced it yet.

Are those still unsigned? I'm not going to switch my x64 windows to debug mode on every restart... that's about the only reason I'm still using motionjoy.

I was using the PS2 to USB adapter and the drivers for it enabled force feedback. I switched to motionjoy + PS3 pad since then, but the FF was still there. I assumed motionjoy handled it, but now that the OP says FF didn't work... maybe it's the PS2 driver that added the rumble feature to the PS3 pad too? I have the driver backed up here, in case someone is interested.

As a sidenote: I remember I used to "predict" trees coming while getting the keystones for moogle cause the pad would vibrate when a big monster started walking near you.

there unsigned, but that should be a given all 3rd party drivers are either unsigned or spoofing a signed driver. Microsoft only signs drivers for big names and first parties.

CMD: bcdedit -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS, allows you to use unsigned drivers anyway. i do alot of emulation so my PC's full of unsigned drivers and stuff.

I love using my PS3 controller with FFXIV, but the MotionInJoy blue screens are becoming unbearable x.x

Actually, the motionjoy drivers are legally signed ^^

Interesting, is that option permanent? So far I didn't know of a way to disable it completely on a win7 x64 system.

All I dislike about MotionInJoy is having to launch the program and activate the controller from there eeevery single time. I wish there were DS3 drivers that would just allow me to connect/pair my controller once and then just forget about them.

I've never had any bluescreens with it, btw. At least not on Win7 or Win8 x64.

I had this problem as well. I have learned that I always have to press the 'disconnect' button before charge it up. When it got bluetooth on again, just reloaded the MotionInJoy. It was working fine.

Mine worked in FFXIV flawlessly. I could even log in, and then turn on my ds3 (related to motioninjoy) and have it work still.

That's the thing. Also, the "UI" is actually a website, so once the site goes down, or you don't have internet access, you're screwed.

I don't think the driver linked by Valmonte has BT support, but if you disable signature enforcement, you can at least use it wired with less problems.

I don't know if this would be of any use with this, I found this adapter mentioned a while ago:http://www.geeky-gadgets.com/raptorf...sa-08-06-2012/
