They have said that the FFXIV 1.0 normal registration codes will work, if they haven't been used yet so you are ok with your 3 un opened ones. But i dont think you could just give them to ppl if thats what your intending to do cause those are just the reg. codes it won't give you the ability to download the game. Although i mean if you have a friend that wanted to play yeah you could just give them the whole game and they'd have it XD.

I'd be interested in the code for the Garlond Goggles, assuming it'll still work in 2.0.

(I remember it being mentioned how bonus items won't need to be put in before making a new character because of the new delivery system).

If I recall they said it wouldn't work as it's giving away a free copy of FFXIV. They may have some with 2.0's CE but the 1.0 codes definitely wouldn't carry over like that.

The codes from the initial purchases (games itself) may work, but the buddy codes were on a different system much like the code to register for PS3 beta from XIII copies, which were able to expire.

The buddy-pass code will be working in ARR.
