From this one can infer that the fishing system will be different from the mining/botany system. I missed that the first time. Unfortunately there is no clue on exactly HOW different it'll be. It may have a similar 'feel', with only a different interface once you activate a node. This would make sense to me.

I'll shy away from topics such as lure depth or how you 'jiggle' it, lest I plunge the thread back into the same state in which I found it.
