whats a loot atlas and why would u want something like that?

Here is a link to wow's loot atlas, describes what it is and you can click some pictures. But basically you can open up loot altas and pick any instance and it shows you all bosses in that instance and what they drop, also has a map of that instance with boss locations. Has lots of cool features.
